Camp Fortune Cares about the environment !
In an effort to reduce the amount of garbage produced at the ski area each winter, Camp Fortune has switched to reusable dishes and cups in the cafeteria where possible. In order to make this effort to reduce and reuse successful we need the cooperation of everyone. Please help us by placing your plates in the designated bins throughout the chalet.

Humdinger Ravine Resurfacing
Humdinger Ravine (the trail that brings you back from Skyline to the Valley) received a much needed resurfacing this fall. The trail will now be clear of rocks and bumps and can be opened with a minimal snow base. The trail with the snow that we have received is ready to open.
Child fitness tax credit saves you approximately 15%
All Camp Fortune’s 5 day holiday lesson programs and 9 week ski programs qualify under the CRA’s child fitness tax credit program. The child fitness tax credit saves you approximately 15% towards the cost of your Childs skiing lessons this winter. A copy of your child’s registration form will be mailed to you.

Camp Fortune is a family ski and snowboard resort, conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa in Canada's Capital Region.
There are three separate areas for skiing at Camp Fortune:
- Skyline, where a quad lift services 1 intermediate run, 3 difficult and two extremely difficult runs.
- The Meech Quad lift services two intermediate runs, one of which is Paradise at almost 1 mile long.
- The Valley where two Quad lifts, 1 triple lift and two surface lifts, service 5 easy runs, 4 Intermediate runs and 1 difficult run.
Full snowmaking capability and excellent grooming ensure a great experience for beginners to expert skiers and snowboarders alike.
